A new window will pop up for you.

Choose your settings to match the ones in the image on the left.

Click "OK".

saving your image, step 1

Your new image will now show like the one on the left, only larger.

Now save your image. to begin, go to, "File", "Save".

Again, I added the red letters to help you see beter here.

Saving, step 2

save psd

Your foreground style choice should now look like the image above. Don't worry about the red square, it will be whatever your computer last used. Mine just happened to be red.

A new window will pop up. Browse through your computer till you find a folder you want to save it in.

Once there, you need to choose a file type to save your new image. To insure the best quality, it is good to save your original as either a "psd" or "psp" file. Later, you can resave it as a JPG or GIF to use o the web. But saving as a "psd" or "psp" is best at first.

Just scroll through your choices till you find the correct file extention. Highlight it.

name file

Last, give your file a name. I named it, "ayaug02". Then, click "Save".
You are done! Your new image looks like this:
final named file
